About Us

We are a firm of Industrial / Organizational Psychologists and Management Consultants who are committed to helping you achieve the highest degree of organizational empowerment to meet the challenge of today's increasing demand for excellence.  Most of our clients come to us because they know bottom line success depends on their employees' ability to sustain the quality imperative.  However, most are unsure of where to direct their improvement efforts - and have no method for measuring their success.

Our Approach

Within a broad understanding of organizations and the interpersonal dynamics, our focus is primarily on the individual.  We create a trusting and safe environment which fosters respect for the individual.  We encourage each person to take responsibility and initiative for their own learning and problem solving.  With a combination of assessment interviews, development tools, along with a teaching and experiential group work, we help these clients to identify which behaviors are functional and which are not, and facilitate the changes they deem desirable to meet their professional and personal goals.  The result is self motivated, sustained change that benefits both the individual and the organization.
