Robinson, M.Ps. is an Organizational Effectiveness and Personal Planning
Professional committed to helping individuals, teams
and organizations to be empowered. As a facilitator of change,
Palma believes most organizational issues can be resolved through
effective interpersonal management.
Palma
Robinson is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She
graduated from McGill University (1978) with a B.A. in Organizational
Psychology and Masters (M.Ps.) in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology from the University of Montreal (1986). She developed
her expertise in O.D., process analysis, group dynamics and relationship
issues relating to organizational life throughout her post-graduate
training in Clinical Transactional Analysis (1985-86) and as a Process
Consultant (1989-1996) with partners Choquette, Noel & Robinson Inc.
Palma
has a private practice in Oakville where she specializes in
Executive Coaching, Team Effectiveness, Career Transition and
Change Management. At present, she is a certified coach/ feedback
consultant with the Niagara Institute (Conference Board of Canada)
Licensee for the Centre for Creative Leadership. She has lectured
at McGill, Concordia and John Abbott College teaching management
development and psychology courses.
Palma Robinson resides in
Oakville, Ontario with her husband and three sons. She is fluently
bilingual. |
