Management
and Executive Development

The
Management and Executive Development Program is designed to enhance
managerial effectiveness through self-awareness and awareness of others.
Individuals are encouraged to conduct a personal assessment of how they
became the person they are today; how the current way of operating
enhances and / or undermines their professional effectiveness.
Confidence as a leader is increased, allowing the client to build on
strengths, recognize weakness and increase motivation and ability to
achieve personal goals.
Each
of the three modules may be self contained or can be fully integrated to
maximize effectiveness.
-
Individual
Assessment
Learn
from and appreciate the critical difference between self-perception
and perception by others, identifying and directing effort to those
areas of skill development requiring attention and where the
greatest possible performance gain will be achieved.
-
Management
and the Human Dimension
A
workshop for Managers and Executives. In order to effectively
learn to use feedback from others and to promote growth and personal
change, the individual is invited to assist in this four day public
workshop/group training experience to acquire clear, comprehensive
and practical tools to better understand behavior, leadership style,
use of authority and its impact on managing relationships.
-
Executive
Coaching
This
program is designed to assist the individual, manager and his work
group to assess the present, and set goals for improvement. We
help in the acquisition of competencies by continuously monitoring
changes in interpersonal style, attitudes and behavior through the
use of appropriate development tools that can measure improvement
along the way.

"I found the workshop very
meaningful. The few days I spent in the sessions themselves were
interesting and informative but I've found that in the days since the
workshop my whole perspective has changed and I have become more
comfortable with my "style" of management and more confident
about the value I add to my organization. I think I've reached a
new level of self awareness and maturity. This has allowed me to
operate effectively in a time of great change and uncertainty at
work and, be a better parent. And, best of all, I don't expect
myself to be superhuman so I am not weighed down (as much) by feelings
of guilt."
